Caribbean Barbecue Rub

Myristica was created by Chef Michelle Trusselle to bring Caribbean flavour to barbecue dishes. This rub contains a touch of chilli and a sprinkle of island spice. It has a smokey taste. Stir into sauce or rub on chicken, beef or halloumi.
