Prawn On The Lawn Rosé

Prawn On The Lawn Rosé

A delicious, easy-drinking, all-year-round rosé, made in collaboration between Prawn on the Lawn and Quinta da Boa Esperança.

Several years ago, in Portugal, a plan was hatched to create a bespoke rosé with friends at Quinta da Boa Esperança. Introduced by their good friend Tim at Sommelier’s Choice, they were captivated by the freshness and elegance of the rosé. It is handcrafted in clay soil fields near Lisbon, not far from the coast.

Being avid rosé fans themselves, they had always known they wanted to try making their own one day—something fresh, mineral-driven, dry, and flavourful. And, of course, something that would perfectly complement seafood and shellfish.
