Vibrant Passata

Vibrant Passata

Vincenzo’s pizza is inspired by old coal oven pizzas from the East Coast of America. The brand has made a flavourful chilli oil to compliment its ‘London-style’ pizza. Here they have made the most delicious passata as it should be: slightly sweet, umami, and vibrantly red. It’s made with 100% Calabrian tomatoes and a pinch of salt, and that’s it - they really wanted the quality of the tomatoes to shine through.

Use it straight out of the jar, spread on to your pizzas, and cook it with a garlic clove into a simple Pomodoro pasta sauce. It has been delicious every time.

It’s also the perfect partner for their spicy peperoncino - they pair beautifully in so many different recipes.
